Each challenge requires a level of customisation to its approach.

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has already taken place”

—George Bernard Shaw, British playwright

Depending on the challenge, I adapt a version of the following iterative process to co-create.

I believe in the power of co-design, testing & gathering feedback constantly from stakeholders while designing with customers–not for them. I am inquisitive and curious to new ways of thinking & problem solving.

In general, I follow design thinking methods mixed with Human Centred Design techniques.

Over the years, I have learnt to be OK with not knowing the answers to everything for that leaves the door open for several possible solutions as against one.

Feel free to download the worksheets I use for my workshops here & a guide I designed for the team to conduct better user interviews here.

These conversations and exercises aim to find the gold that lies in the heart of the project and plays a catalyst in its success.
